Bilbao underground has a station right in the centre of the Old Quarter of Bilbao and it is one of the busiest stations on the underground (Casco Viejo - Unamuno/San Nicolas).
Bilbobus Bilbao has a fleet of city buses de which communicate the old part with the rest of the city; these bus lines allow you to get to the Old Quarter with great comfort.
Loiu Airport is the fastest way to get to Bilbao from any part of the world. Once the visitor has reached the Airport, he can choose to take a taxi to Bilbao which is

only about ten minutes away, or he take the A3247 bus line (Airport – Erandio – Bilbao) which leaves you in the Old Quarter.
Train - Central Station - Estación de Abando There are two types of RENFE trains which communicate with Bilbao: for short and long distances. All of them arrive in the Abando station, situated in la Plaza Circular (the Round Square), where you can link up with the underground and the tram. |
